Registered Dietitian, Nick Fischer, joins us to share his top 5 Health Holiday Eating Tips!!! Here’s a little teaser, but be sure to listen in to here him elaborate on all these helpful hints:

  1. Do not mess with Grandma’s recipes.
  2. Keep in mind that if you already have a well-balanced diet a holiday meal will not undo this.
  3. Don’t go to a holiday meal hungry.
  4. Stick with the foods that you really like. Don’t eat something just because it is available.
  5. Try to include some holiday meal options more often throughout the year.
