From being anxiety-ridden, having zero control of weight fluctuations, and ballooning up to 142.3kg. Shane Duggan is an incredible inspiration who was willing to share his transformation so far and how he's finally able to find balance and happiness in his weight loss journey as well as sharing the stresses and worry of trying to drive his career in the office world

Mental health should be your priority in everything you do and not put that in jeopardy! Working to control your anxiety to prevent mental breakdowns are HUGELY common factors in the majority of people living stressful lives like we all are during this pandemic and Shane shares his experiences with them and how he's now able to face and to overcome these obstacles and still find happiness at the end of a busy day of work.
