There is so much to be said about the power of prayer. But today I want to spend just a few minutes to share a few studies with you that can make some major but easy positive changes in your life. There are three things that make us and that is body, mind and spirit. Prayer can impact the brain, showing positive changes in areas associated with compassion, empathy, and social interaction, essentially acting as a "brain workout" through consistent practice; this highlights the potential for even short daily prayer sessions to bring about neurological transformation.
