Working through tough times, can inspire your children to be better, stronger people. Even if you don't realize it, your actions can make an impact. Today we talk to a parent who is one of our regular members and while she works out, her kids are watching her develop and grow, instilling in them lessons that they don't even realize the impact on their own future.
