Today’s episode includes our fave Naturopath, Dr. Christina Erndl who recently traveled to Italy. She talks about how fearful she was about the trip with all the carbs, but was shocked to see her gut did not have any issues.

We talk about the difference of food quality and preparation and the lifestyle around food that makes it more body honoring.

It was fun to discuss how she EXTENDED herself grace through different schedules and health routines as life was just different in Italy and she BENT the expectation of what health should always look like during vacation.
