These and many more questions are being answered in this new podcast. I am explaining the relation of self-responsibility to healing, and how being a victim makes us powerless. I give you examples from my own experience about what happens if we take ownership of our lives and our problems. I talk about how the resistance and rejection of taking responsibility affects our physical health and generally our well-being.
