If you're a perfectionist, or a type A girlie with extremely high standards for yourself like me, this episode is going to be really important for you ....because this is probably harming your relationship with food and your body more than you know.
As someone who grew up with a very high bar for myself, I know what it's like to always feel like you're falling short. To feel like I'm never doing "enough" or going fast enough.
If you can relate, this type of thinking is probably getting in the way of you making real, sustainable progress in your healing journey.
Or, it's making you feel like you're doing worse than you actually are (which could be affecting your self-esteem and mental well-being).
In this episode, you're going to learn how to change the way you think about & approach your food freedom journey....so that you can actually :

  • Make progress FASTER
  • Feel good about yourself and your wins
  • Increase feelings of achievement
  • Reduce the likelihood that you'll give up and fall back into old habits
  • Get rid of the all-or-nothing mentality so that you can comfortably live in the balanced middle ground (where consistency lives!)
