Sometimes we just need to be reminded of the wellness tools we have within our reach at all times.

Today I am sharing with you some breathing techniques that you can practice anywhere at any time to help you alleviate stress and stay present in your body.

I will also walk you through a simple wellness tool called A.I.R.
