Etter at Knut-Oscar fortalte om løpeinteressen i episode én av Løpekompis ble han og Sindre invitert til Radio Rock og podcasten Gammal Maiden for å snakke om løpemusikk. Knut-Oscar som er travelt opptatt med innspilling av nytt Oslo Ess album ble med på innspillingen av Gammal Maiden og selvsagt løpes det til Radio Rock - studioet, men en liten visitt innom øvingsrommet til Oslo Ess med flere.
