Do you feel like you don’t have enough time to get your daily movement in? Lizette Pompa shares her journey through Yoga and how it got her into resistance training. She discusses how weight training can add to an existing yoga practice, how important it is for the daily life and how it can support all the daily challenges that we have to face. This incredible woman talks about balancing her life with family, work and finding time for her training. She shares 3 principles she loves to use when working with her clients. In addition, she explains what 10 minutes of movement a day can change and how you can find ways of filling those minutes with lots creative movements. She presents a way of finding the time without putting too much pressure on it, using movement as a way to relax and become aware of your body.

Lizette Pompa is a Yoga Teacher and Strength Coach.
Born in Mexico, Lizette came across yoga in 2009 while living in Madrid, and I never looked back. She has been teaching since 2010. In 2019 she launched her app to share her love for both strength training and yoga.Her goal is to empower women to build stronger bodies through weights, yoga, and movement. With her strength programs, she wants to create a space where women feel comfortable starting lifting weights, doing yoga, and being themselves.
