Lets start 2024 out with an inspring interview with Jessica Seiders, Founder of San Diego based Facebook Group, Moms of Adult Children.
Today I chat with Jessica Seiders who found that after her daughter left for college, she was devastated. Jessica learned very quickly that her life revolved around her daughter for 18 years. On new years 2019, Jessica made the decision to sell all her belongings and quit her job to travel the world. She traveled 17 countries over 2 years and lived in Bali for 15 months over the pandemic. While traveling, Jessica became a master certified life coach and created a course called strong mom to fearless female. Jessica now lives in San Diego and has started a Facebook group for moms of adult children. It has grown to 1200 members in 2 months and we have had over 20 successful events.
