What challenges and obstacles I have been facing and how did I handle it

Most importantly What is the key learning I got from it

One of the biggest challenges in my life that my husband and I encountered is unpredicted difficulties in our career. At that time, we faced a series of problems & challenges , including:

* Team aging issue

* Lack of competitiveness

* Incomplete training system

* Outdated IT company system

* Lack of staff

Due to lossing of staff, cash flow became our major problem...and there were many issues following one after another. When facing these issues, my husband and I felt very stressed and thought of giving up, however, I decided to put my ego down and surrender myself.

I began to learn from different entrepreneurs and bosses . There were many business leaders willing to share selflessly about their experience and successful journey. Later on, I also participate in different courses to get idea and inspiration to create our own systems.

Just because we were actively seeking opportunities for growth and self-breakthrough, we saw the dawn. As leaders, we must find a systematic way that can be successfully replicated by the team, so that the company can go further and better. In this journey of learning and exploring, we met a property agency called PropNex, Singapore’s largest listed real estate agency. Therefore, it changed the fate of us and the team.

【Comprehend】

When facing obstacles, as long as you don't give up, you will definitely encounter new opportunities. There is a saying, "Where there's a will, there's a way". When obstacles arise, face them and find solutions.

First of all, we need to put aside the old thinking mode, learn from zero and start from the beginning. Later on,* we successfully bring the foreign brand and dual-career path system to Malaysia, so that local real estate Negotiators and leaders can also successfully change themselves through the new training system.*

【Learn】

When facing obstacles and difficulties, what is the key learning I got from it

1. Face bravely!

Bravely face your own shortcomings, imperfections and flaws, accept and try to understand why. When we can see and accept our own shortcomings, and further understand the unworkable parts, you will find that you can find answers (solutions) from them and do things well.

2. Unlearn and Relearn Learn from zero.

Let go of your identity, unnecessary self-esteem, and ego. Everyone has different strength and weaknesses. Open mind and relearn.

3. Perseverance and confidence.

If you want to succeed, you must persevere; if you want to fail, you can just give up.

You have to have faith in yourself, understand that many times it is not because you are great that you can start, but you become great because you choose to start.

【Conclusion】

I believe when God gives you a challenge he already had another plan for you.

We took the courage and did the right thing , Jump out the Comfort Zone!

As a result, we finally got recognition and see the results.
