Shift happens! The core of our business and life in general is just a large scale orchestration of energy exchanges.
I had a very positive experience navigating a big expansion of energy in my immediate life this week and the process was somewhat magical. I want to share the story with you to provide some tips on how to prepare yourself for growth in your business and life.
When we are stuck in a state of overwhelm, or caught in a state of fight/flight, our nervous system can't handle anything more, that literally creates the energetic story of "no, not available".
With that energy, it's really difficult, or even impossible to expand beyond that and hold more space for new clients, new sales, new financial abundance or receiving any kind of growth that we may desire.
On the contrary, if we can prepare our nervous system and condition it to allow our body and mind to feel safe holding more, and receiving more, then when those bigger life or business opportunities arrive, we are able to say YES and truly step into it.
