Creating healthy habits is challenging as a busy SAHM, who is constantly pouring into her family. Trust me, I get it. So many times we start habits, especially at the New Year, with the best of intentions on making them to stick. And then, April comes and we’ve completely gotten off track. I’m here to tell you, we’ve all been there. It’s not about what you haven’t done or haven’t accomplished, and more about what you will do moving forward to get back on track.
