Hi mamas!

We are halfway through the year and it’s time to do a serious goal check in… We are continuing our focusing on hitting that reset button on your new year’s resolutions, those hopes and dreams you had for this year and the power of visualization and manifestation. One of the biggest dreamers was Walt Disney and if he is the perfect example of how to turn your dreams into reality. This week’s Monday motivation is a quote from Walt Disney: “If you can visualize it, if you can dream it, there's some way to do it."

💖 My challenge for you this week mamas carve out 10 minutes each day to visualize your biggest dream. Sit in a quiet space, close your eyes, and imagine every detail. Feel the emotions of achieving that dream.

Then, write down one actionable step you can take towards this dream each day. By the end of the week, you’ll have seven steps that bring you closer to your goal. These steps don’t have to be monumental. They could be as simple as researching, networking, or planning. The key is consistency and momentum.

Finally, share your dreams and your steps with someone you trust. Accountability increases your chances of staying committed and offers you the support you might need along the way.
