WOW! It's about to become madness here, at least in Indy! MARCH MADNESS that is! If you're not a College basketball fan... shame on you! I really become one during this time, so don't ask me about stats for my favorite team, Syracuse, until now and only if they're IN the tournament!

I LOVE the ENERGY, the PASSION the players have, and the Underdog, "Cinderella" SUCCESS stories during the Tournament! I believe that's why I love Coaching small Solo-E's, start-ups so much as well as helping larger companies "REBUILD"!

It's all about helping people find their confidence, their PASSION and create the PLAN for their SUCCESS! Much like a basketball coach, I never allow my "players" to give up!
