Welcome back to the weekly podcast, No More Excuses! I appreciate you listening, and sharing my podcasts! Sharing is caring... right?!

As you well know the end of the year isn't far away! Last week when a client said, "Only two months until Christmas!" I was not excited! LOL! But what I AM excited about, is how I KNOW I WILL FINISH THIS YEAR STRONG! I'm making progress each day toward finishing my book. How about you? What are YOU getting closer to accomplishing?

In this week's podcast I talk about a client's HUGE successes! In just two weeks, she created a schedule that helped her finally complete a huge task that her department was way behind on and the ripple effect it's had on the whole office is truly amazing! The energy is most positive, people are being PROactive and she was smiling! You'll have to listen in for more about that as well as her other success and how she accomplished it!

It's like she can see the forest through the trees now and she's ready to tackle more.

Once you see progress on something you felt you'd never accomplish, it's so much easier to use that same tactic on other tasks! It really is an amazing feeling! Think about a time when that's happened to you. Email me and tell me about it!

In last week's podcast, I talked about what is falling off your plate. And for my client, there were many things, and now she's seeing great success as she's becoming the Ringmaster of her "show"!
