Welcome back to the weekly podcast No More Excuses!

The countdown to the end of 2018 is in full speed! 28 days from today to be exact. It's been an amazingly crazy good couple of weeks, especially last week! I saw HUGE results with all of my clients and it was a so much fun to help them SEE that the effort they put in DID reap the rewards they desired. They've lived up to their own expectations. They stepped UP and INTO their roles! But for many, it was hard to imagine this moment, as it is with so many people.

When you're in the middle of the madness, the chaos, yes the SHIT STORM, as I like to call it, usually you (myself included) focus on what's going wrong – the negative – and we forget to look at what we HAVE accomplished. We're working so hard to get out of the swirling madness that we don't step OFF the crazy train long enough to take a breath and enjoy our successes.

Last week's podcast and social media theme was about checking to make sure your EFFORT matched your EXPECTATIONS. Now, listen in this week as I talk about the client meetings I had last week and the amazing results they had. How I helped them realize their efforts DID align with their expectations. And to take a second to breath, and SMILE as they soak in their accomplishments!
