Last week's podcast dug into STRUGGLE, and how everyone's is REAL! Yours, mine and the person walking by. And, from the previous week, #147, how you can use the AWARENESS you now how to help you and perhaps someone else through the struggle.

In January, I attempted to help you create momentum and kick the year off STRONG. Did you? Or were you struggling to get going with all the distractions of kids, holidays, weather and the flying monkeys?! And now, well, it's the first week of February and guess what time it is? YEP, it's time to GET OFF YOUR ASS AND START MAKING SHIT HAPPEN!

And how do you do that? You use my 2nd FAVORITE F-WORD: FOCUS! YOU need to figure out HOW to get and stay FOCUSED! And sometimes you need some help! In this week's podcast, I talk about a client who feels "busy" but not PRODUCTIVE! What's the answer? FOCUS! It's been a challenge getting him to focus, but I don't give up easily!
