Last Monday’s podcast was about reviewing your processes and procedures. Yes, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it, but do REVIEW it! Make sure it’s still the BEST way. The most PRODUCTIVE and EFFICIENT way!

In today's podcast, I share a few things people I heard from identified that needed updating and streamlining - for example one is using an employment agency now instead of trying to do it themselves. A couple others streamlined their services, one reduced the products they offer.

What about you? Did you do your review? If not… why not? What are you afraid of finding? That shit’s broken?! It happens!

There is never a bad time to review your “world”, just make sure that you do it! Just like reviewing your progress on your goals, are you on the right path? Are you doing the right things? Are the right people around you to help and support you?

We all can use some help at some point in our personal and professional lives.

We can’t be so proud that we end up off-track or giving up on goals because we won’t ask for help. As I talk about in my upcoming book, “Leverage”, we are all born with unique talents, and we need to leverage others to help us sometimes.
