Why do we do what we do?

I’ve talked about this off and on over the almost SEVEN years of podcasts. YES!!! SEVEN YEARS coming up in March!

Sometimes we need to review our WHY.

As Simon Sinek talks about in his book “Start with Why”, if you’re not in it – whatever IT is – for the WHY, then you probably won’t be successful.

I like to review the WHY’s with my clients. And this goes for personal and professional worlds. I’ve had clients not take action on many things in both categories and yeah, I’ll ask them WHY, but also – “is this really that important to you? Is it really YOUR goal?"

If you’re feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, or even bored, perhaps your WHY isn’t aligned with what you are doing. Perhaps you aren’t in it for your WHY.

I know a lot of people who just “do a job”, and sometimes that happens, and well thank you for working! And yes, I’ve also met people who make shit tons of money, but aren’t excited about their job.

WHY? Why do you do what you do?
