Happy Monday Motivation and NEW YEAR!

Thank you for listening, especially if you've been with me since the beginning! It's been a long road, as this is episode #92!!! 2017 is officially gone and today is PAGE 1 of 365. How will your "book" read? How do you want it to end?

If you haven't taken the time to reflect... shame on you as I've been asking ya to do that for awhile now... so do it NOW! Don't stare. It's over, but it's good to reflect and learn.

Last week's podcast, which was on Christmas, I asked what Santa brought you - your old goals (again) or shiny new ones? Either way, what will you do to achieve them? And now, it's time to create your RESOLUTIONS and set your GOALS!

Do you know the difference? Resolutions are a decision you intend to keep, i.e. I'm going to be more focused in life or the usual, "be healthier", where as a GOAL is a desired result you wish to achieve. So based on the resolution, you could set a goal of "Increasing income by 20%" or "losing 15 lbs".

So you may need to take another look at your goals! This year I want to be BOLDER myself. And, I want YOU to challenge yourself. PUSH yourself. I'll be setting up "Challenge Days", so if you are local (or would come to Indy to be part of them) text CHALLENGEDAY to 22828 and you'll be added to list for details!

This week, listen in and then email me as I want to know a lot this time:

1. Your New Year Resolution

2. One BIG Goal (personal) think about something you've always wanted to do, but haven't!

3. One BIG Goal (professional) based on your resolution

4. What's your WORD for the year? (download your free worksheet on how to do this from my website!) Mine is BOLD. This should tie into your resolution and will have an effect on you achieving your goals!

WHEW! Lots to do, but why start off the new year slow? Today is day ONE, yes you may think you have plenty of time, but trust me, I've seen myself piss away the 1st quarter. So, let's get on it!

And if you can't figure out the answers, get off your ass and click here to schedule a strategy session. There's no time like NOW!
