Thank you for joining me for another episode of None of Us Are Normal. Today, I want to go beyond talking about stress and its effects on your body (although we'll talk a little bit about that, too!) I want to take it a step further and discuss a creative, practical way to eradicate stress in your life. In fact, it's my go-to for stress relief!
Creative writing can be an excellent tool for managing and combatting stress, especially when you are proactive and disciplined about your approach. I'll even leave you with a few triple-dog-dare challenges to get you started. Let's work together to beat stress!
