Trigger warning: This episode contains material about PTSD.
Meet my cousin, Robbie. Historian and philosopher. Member of a ThinkTank. Museum educator. Massage therapist. Blacksmith. Free diver. Mountaineer. Cheerleader. Juggler. World Traveller. You name it, Robbie’s done it. Robbie joins us to talk about doing what you want without a plan, how physical activity has changed how he cares for his mental health, and art as the ultimate catharsis. I’ve always looked up to Robbie for how he does whatever he feels compelled to do without a second guess– whether that be blacksmith training in Europe or becoming a massage therapist in Thailand– and I’m excited for you to learn a little bit about him in this episode.
