A lot of people do not know what a Kegel is that’s why I want to educate you about what it is, how you might be overdoing it, and when a Kegel is appropriate to help with a pelvic floor symptom.

I hope that this episode helps you understand more about what you can do for your health when you are experiencing pelvic floor symptoms and realize that Kegel training isn’t always the answer for all the problems down there!
