Each episode features one poet sharing one poem and a discussion about the inspiration and writing of the poem. This is followed by a conversation inspired by the poem on a topic that is discussed with a mental health professional. This is not meant to replace getting care from a mental health professional and is not meant to diagnose or treat any condition or illness. It's purpose is to normalize the importance of having these discussions, having a creative outlet and seeking your own mental and emotional support.
