Its the first ever episode and I do a full disclosure self interview. I wanted to share with you my personal history and background with trauma so you have an awareness of why I am hosting this podcast and what I hope to acomplish through this podcast.
Many trigger warnings abound: Sexual abuse, child abuse, domestic violence, suicide etc.
