We have all been through a life of caring how we are perceived by others; God knows when I was younger that's what I cared about. It comes a time where the only perception that matters is the reflection you see in the mirror; your truth, no matter how ugly or how beautiful seeing you in the raw. We as humans try our best to show the world our best when really the best gift we can gift ourselves is good-standing in our mental and physical health. At the end of the day, that's how we all learn and grow is by our imperfections and owning our accountability.
