Welcome to our 'Echoes of Gaia: Earth Connection' journey. As we gather together, we are reminded of our interconnectedness not only with each other but also with the Earth beneath us. Today, we will engage with elements of the Earth to ground ourselves and set intentions for a deep connection during our sound bath. This session is designed to evoke the elements of Earth, bringing you closer to the planet's rhythms and energies. "Gaia" is a term used to refer to the personification of Earth in Greek mythology. Gaia, also known as Gaea, was considered the Mother Earth goddess and was believed to have given birth to the Earth and all the Universe. In myths, she is the primal mother figure, emerging at the creation of the universe, and is seen as the Earth itself — the source of all life.
