Bettina ist eine inspirierende Frau, die mittlerweile auf 3 Dekaden Ashtanga Yoga zurück blicken kann. Und sie hatte noch die Ehre direkt bei Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in seiner alten Shala in Lashmipuram zu üben und zu lernen. Bettina beschreibt ihren Werdegang und wie sie immer noch "dedicated" übt, wenn auch anders.
