You are a new mum struggling to know how to recover your body after having a baby, then you stumble across my podcast that is going to tell you exactly what you need to do and the truth about what it actually takes. Together we will cut through the bull sh*t messages of the world that make you feel pants about the way your body looks. So that you can.......... Have Dry Knickers and a strong core and body. AND not give two hoots about how your body looks right now so you can......... scoop up your toddler with ease after they have fallen and scrapped their knee giving them the biggest hug ever, jump on a trampoline, climb a tree and join in at the soft play without worrying about whether your body can. AND Not give two hoots about how your body looks when you and your children spontaneously strip off to your underwear and splash about in the sea on an abnormally warm spring day making the most incredible memories together. (An actual memory of mine that was only able to happen because I did the work)
