On this episode, we explore the stages of change which was developed by Prochaska and DiClemente in the 1980’s. We talk about each stage and explain what each stage means for those early in recovery. Despite being a new though 40 years ago, it’s still very much relevant in most treatment centers across the country to help determine if clients are progressing in the right direction.
