Have you ever wondered if you are strong enough? Let me encourage you today and tell you that you ARE! As moms, we can underrate our health, but when we are encouraged to go after it PLUS simplify it, it's then that our bodies will see change AND gains.

For years, I struggled with muscle growth. I've mentioned it many times on Reps and Redemption. Two MAJOR key points were missing; First, Protein Intake / adequate nutrition. (surviving on kids' leftovers, anyone?) and the second, I mentioned in today's EP.
