She also breaks down one of the biggest leaps she’s taken in her career when she moved out of Michigan when she wanted more in her career than Michigan could provide. After making that move she also had to learn how to walk away from the day-to-day operations and trust those in the hands of her management team, so that she could gain financial and personal freedom.
