When we are deep in our health challenges we are often trying so hard to find that diagnosis or the right protocol. What if, the missing link is that you aren't implementing key foundations to support overall health and wellness?

We aren't taught most of these foundations but instead have highly processed food and drinks in our faces all the time. We assume everything out there is food when in fact so much of what we are exposed to is contributing to our healthy issues.
