If you’re anything like me then you’ve had to challenge your mindset around food, struggling between what feels good to eat in the moment and what you know is good for you in the long run.

This struggle is more common than you think, but what you might not know is that the Bible is very clear about this topic. God doesn’t want us to struggle over our food choices by being held bondage to the satisfaction that it brings us.
