There’s a trap that we all fall into when we want to build healthier habits. Everyone falls into this trap. Myself included.

The trap?

Waiting until we’re out of a busy season of our life to get started on our goals.

Here’s the truth:

Life never stops throwing things at you. You will NEVER have the perfect time to start.

And you know what?

Avoiding this trap is much simpler than you think...

You just have to find the smallest version of whatever habit you want to build. And just start.

It sounds too simple to work, but you’ll surprise yourself by how effective it is.
