Last week, I shared my journey of committing to spending at least 10 minutes outside every day. It was simpler when my kids were at school, giving me some alone time, but now that they're all at home, I'm getting creative to involve them. So today, I want to share a big list of ideas my kids and I came up with to help you and your kids get outside every day too. I'll talk about why being outside is so important and the benefits it brings to families.
