Welcome to the final instalment of our 4 part PDCA cycle. This week we look at the ACT segment and the HSG 65 description of what this section is looking at.
As always, we break down, in our own words, what this element is asking of a business and why it is so important. We discuss the importance of sharing and communication (of course effectively!) and why the findings, especially if they highlight gaps, are really powerful for improving H&S management.
