**TRIGGER WARNING** This episode contains discussion of suicide that some may find triggering. Please consider if this episode is right for you to listen to and ensure you are aware of support you can turn to if needed.

This week we bring you a special episode with Steve Kerslake from Construction Sport, discussing the charity he has set up, his reason for doing it and what he hopes to achieve with mental health support for the construction industry. To find out more about the work of Construction Sport, visit their website www.constructionsport.com

Steve is a campaigner for suicide in the workplace to become RIDDOR reportable, and he and Daisy discuss why he feels this is so important.

Steve talks frankly about his views on a range of topics including Mental Health awareness training; the benefits of exercise; and the implementation of workplace support that sometimes looks great but doesn't actually run through a business.

This topic is sure to create a number of thoughts and even disagreements but it is important to be open to listening to other views and we would love to hear from you after this episode.

This is an emotive topic so please make sure that if you have been or feel you will be affected by anything discussed that you have a support network available that you can access from the country you are listening in.
