Jenn Chow is an LGBTQIA+ authenticity and joy coach who helps women reconnect with themselves so they can live the lives they deserve and desire. Jenn lives in Japan where she works to create more conversation around mental health, LGBTQIA+ topics and inclusion. Jenn creates space for her clients to be honest about their struggles, especially when it comes to romance. In this episode, Anne-Marie talks with Jenn about the unique challenges that come with working in Japan, her own journey to becoming a coach and how she helps clients connect to their emotions.
