I love this time of the year, everything is getting very festive. I love all the Christmas lights and traditions. It makes me so happy, that smell of a real live Christmas tree. Such a fun time. But as we move into the holidays and even begin to think about the new year, often what comes to mind for clients is their weight. Suddenly, come 1 January, everyone wants to shed some Kilos. Now that is fine if your kilos are a direct result of eating extra things during the festive season...BUTTT if that’s not the case, then your weight is letting you know something is out of balance.
