Tracie is a passionate lifelong horsewoman and yoga practitioner originally from the United States but settled in the west of Ireland for 17 years. She believes that it is every horse rider's responsibility to show up mentally and physically for their horse, and yoga is a great way to help us do that. Tracie offers yoga classes, horse training services, and courses and clinics combining horsemanship and yoga for people of all ages.
