You must see differently to think differently... you must see with your heart.
Thinking and mind is not aligned - Heart and Soul is the way to go!
Do not return to your mind to solve problems - follow heart into the unknown.
"The 5-Step Heart Reset" :
- Rewind: Rewind back to where you were before this feeling came over you.
- Relax: Drop your shoulders and let go of any tension in your body.
- Return: Put your hand on your heart, drop from your mind, into your heart.
- Release: Do some quick breathwork to calm your body and regulate your nervous system. ( see below)
- Rise: Connect back to Source.
