Rob and I discuss how being aware of where you are in your healing process is very important. When you have Complex trauma, it is hard to break free of the cycle you are in. We touch on this, forgiveness and what it may take to heal. Uncomfortable situations are the best place to heal, because that means you are growing. Trauma is different for everybody, healing is different for everybody. We may be similar but we are not alike.
