Today’s guest is the wonderful Donna Louise Hay. Donna is a thirty-something from Sussex who is passionate about books. A lifelong reader and passionate about the world of self-care, Donna wants to bring together women from across the world with the help of books filled with inspiring words and encourage women to value time for themselves to reconnect with their body, soul and mind.
