The one perspective that never changes, can't change, is the perspective that we're fine, always have been always will be and never could be otherwise.Any other perspective is out of alignment with that one and can be changed.
The thoughts we engage with make our life what it is. The more aware we are of our thoughts, the more we can choose which ones we engage with and what life we create.
