Your boss has commented many times that your ideas lack sense. You get “that look” so many times after expressing an idea, that you feel like crawling into a hole. You’ve reached a point that keeping your mouth shut is the best way for you to conform to societal norms.

In a world that often values conformity, it's important for you to embrace your uniqueness and recognize that having different ideas is actually a sign of strength. Being different doesn't mean being wrong or strange; it means being authentic and true to yourself. Your perspective and ideas have the power to challenge the status quo and spark innovation. By embracing your uniqueness, you can bring fresh insights and solutions to the table, ultimately driving positive change.

In this webinar, we discuss an individual who many would consider a misfit during his time. But God called the individual to free the Israelites because he had a special uniqueness that few possessed. His uniqueness? He developed himself into a left-handed fighter. You see, in his time, the military only had right-handed fighters. However, his uniqueness allowed him to pass through guard inspection stations with hidden hardware because no-one ever thought to check his “other thigh” for a hidden sword.

The moral of the story? God uses abilities that society sees as being inferior. So, while it can be tempting to follow the crowd and conform to societal norms, those like you who dare to think outside the box, are the ones who ultimately make a lasting impression and change our world. Thank you for being that authentic YOU !
