How you treat your mind and body, decides how they will react and respond. Though most of us know this, few of us actually pay attention. In this episode I’m talking about how looking after your mind and body can help you gain good health and avoid unnecessary medication. We are misjudging Ayurveda if we talk about it just in terms of treatments. Ayurveda is in fact a repository of solutions to wean you off medication. Keep listening to what your body tells you and acting on it and your dependence on medications will surely diminish.
