In today’s episode I talk about the need of meeting your problems with a solution and stopping the habit of cheap complaining. Complaining is one of the most common things that humans fall back on simply because of its convenience. However, complaining is a very toxic and harmful habit to get into because of neuronal mirroring––– this is when we expose our brains to a pattern of behavior whether negative or positive and those neurons begin wiring and firing together and connect in a permanent bond and will remain that way until your mindset shifts. Complaining demands that your mindset is in a strong and stable place with gratitude, perspective, empathy, acceptance, and self awareness.
